Returns & Exchanges

At Manebí, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Manebí box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the parcel securely for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
